OUR STORY
The Westernport Heritage Society was established in October 1996 by Milt Hart, Jack Fazenbaker, Don DeVore, Eleanor Laffey, Harley Rothbotham & wife, and Sara Jane Albright. We are committed to safeguarding the rich history of Westernport, MD, and the tri - towns region. We have two museums, a Western Maryland Railroad Station Museum and a museum located in the building that Dr. Neil Williamd had his chiropractic practice in. Both with guided tours, an online and in person gift shop, and virtual tours! We stand as the premier historical society and museum in Westernport, MD.

Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
This is your Team section. It's a great place to introduce your team and talk about what makes it special, such as your culture or work philosophy. Don't be afraid to illustrate personality and character to help users connect with your team.
Make a donation
The Westernport Heritage Society solely relies on the generous donations, from all over the country! We also are dependent on our volunteers, which we can't thank enough for the time and effort they put forth to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. Please consider donating so that we may continue to serve our community and grow!Â
